課程概述 |
隨著網際網路和各種新媒體的發展,圖書館與各種資訊機構逐漸轉型,所扮演的角色較昔日更為多元。本課程旨在探討圖書資訊機構之發展趨勢,討論圖書館之為有機體的蛻變過程,並著眼於當前的資訊科技應用與發展。同時,說明圖書資訊從業人員所扮演的角色,及圖書資訊業的人才需求。
透過課程討論圖書館近年來的發展及未來展望,包括:各種數位科技對於圖書資訊服務帶來的影響及其在圖書資訊機構之應用,以及圖書資訊機構及館員在各種數位科技發展中的角色轉變情形;透過實例分析,討論進入圖書資訊相關職場所需具備的技能。

課程目標 |
修習本課程,學生將了解圖書資訊機構近年來的發展,並認識網際網路與新媒體對於圖書資訊服務的影響,進而分析圖書資訊從業人員所應具備之技能,探索自己真正的興趣所在及未來進一步充實自己的方向。
經由課程閱讀與討論,學生將了解各種數位科技在各類型圖書資訊機構的應用情形,並探討科技為圖書資訊機構帶來之社會與法律相關議題;藉由課堂活動,學生將對不同類型之數位科技有基礎的認識和實作體驗。此外,經由實例分析與討論,學生將掌握圖書資訊相關機構的人才需求,了解日後可能的求職方向及所需具備之能力。
